By placing an order, the buyer represents that they are of legal age and that the items ordered will be used in a lawful manner. We assume no responsibility for harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws regarding the possession, and or use, of any item purchased. We are unable to provide refunds if the package that you have ordered was seized by governmental / inspection agencies. Consult local, state, and federal laws before ordering.

Black Knife Collective, LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, warranties or conditions of title, or implied warranties of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Any warranties mentioned in a given item’s description are provided by that given manufacturer, and any repairs or modifications must be taken up with and provided by that given manufacturer. Black Knife Collective, LLC is not responsible for printing or typographical errors. Product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing after the final payment has been received. Claims to the delivering carrier for damages or shortages must be initiated by you, the recipient. We currently only ship to the continental USA.

Refund Policy

Black Knife Collective, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on products with a brand/maker warranty in effect. The brands that Black Knife Collective, LLC conducts business with will only honor warranties to the consumer – final purchaser. While this transfers the warranty to you the purchaser, it also removes the dealer/distributor from the equation. This assures you of “factory” warranty service and eliminates the delays and costs associated with returns to someone that in turn needs to return the item to the company or maker. As we sell everything new with the manufacturer’s warranty in place, returns must be made to the manufacturer.

Black Knife Collective, LLC is committed to maintaining your privacy and will protect the personal information you provide to us. We will not sell or provide any of your information to any third party. Transmitted confidential information (credit card data or password) over the Internet, is protected using encryption (Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Passwords should be kept confidential. All authorized agents with access to personal information obtained by Black Knife Collective, LLC are bound by the agreement to adhere to all Black Knife Collective, LLC policies and guidelines.
